The exterior was a mess, super over grown with lots of damage to the home. Not only this, but a leaking roof, over cluttered interior, leaking bathroom floors upstairs, and other home maintenance that had been severely lacking in upkeep.
Open Concept Transformation
This beautiful split level home got a seriously cool upgrade! Open concept on the main floor, with a beautiful cook top built in to the island, what a dream. It's truly perfect for entertaining! Love that we were able to leave the wood beams and work with the space as a sick den with working fireplace as well.
Water Front Remodel
A beaut for the books. This massive waterfront renovation was a wild ride. From the basement flooding during the job to storms brewing while the exterior of the home was exposed, but we got through it... and just look at the results! Raised ceilings on the main floor, and on the deck, open concept upgrade, added bathroom to create the ultimate owner suite, new siding, fresh paint, and so much recess light you could light up a field.

Cape Cod to Colonial
We finished this majestic house in Towson. We started with a a cape cod house, and turned it into a colonial!! We removed the roof, added a huge second floor, found out there was insane termite damage that involved replacing a lot of supports, and relocated the kitchen.
Classic Cape Cod
In this home, we moved the kitchen to a new more central location of the house, finished and waterproofed the basement, and kept all original hardwood floors!
